Duncan Avery founded Evolution Volleyball Club with a vision of creating more than just great volleyball players—he set out to build confident young men through competition, accountability, and character. With decades of coaching experience at the high school and club levels, Duncan has helped hundreds of athletes develop their skills while guiding many to compete at the collegiate level.

As the club's Director, Duncan is passionate about creating an environment where every athlete can grow both on and off the court. His commitment to player development, team culture, and providing meaningful opportunities has helped establish Evolution as one of the premier boys volleyball clubs in Southern California. Duncan believes that success is measured not only by championships, but by the impact coaches have on the lives of the athletes they serve.
