Born and raised in Redondo Beach, Duncan has been around the game of volleyball for over 24 years. His love and passion for the game is contagious with the players, coaches, and parents he interacts with on a daily basis.

Coach Tyler Nazarian grew up playing volleyball in the South Bay and has been in and around volleyball for the last 19 years. Tyler played for Coach Tommy Chaffins at Redondo then later continued coaching with Duncan Avery for a number of years. Tyler is a coach who tries to lead by example and always strives to be a positive influence on his players.

There are few coaches around the South Bay that can be called "Living Legends." However, Coach Vig is one of the few. Having coached so many of the top beach and indoor players, Evolution VBC could not be more excited to have him in the gym. He has a talented group of 16's that he plans to take all the way to the 18's division.

Spencer started out with Evolution Volleyball Club as a great player in high school. After having played at El Camino College, Spencer has been coaching for Evolution for the last four years. He has the ability to relate to all athletes and is a true player's coach. Spencer makes each practice fun and competitive and at the same time, has developed some of our top athletes in the club!
